Room is free of charge with the purchase of $100 of food.

Half day (7am until noon or 1pm until 4 pm) $50
All Day Meeting: $100

Special arrangements may be made for multiple days.

General Information

If the menus in this package do not meet your needs, we will work with you to develop a menu to suit your needs.

All food prices quoted are current and subject to change on bookings over 90 days.
(A non-refundable deposit is required to secure booking).
All quoted prices subject to applicable taxes (GST and PST).
A 15% gratuity will be added to all bills calculated before taxes.
Final numbers for all functions must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the function. Failure to notify exact numbers will result in a billing for the estimated number of guests at the time of your booking.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS. Special arrangements may be made for sweets and fruit trays in some circumstances. Refrigeration space for outside food may be limited.
You may decorate for your event but tacks and nails may not be put into the walls and tape must be used with caution. Any damage to the room or walls will result in extra billing.
Liability for damages will be charged according to replacement value of any property damaged.
The meeting room is licensed for alcohol.
John's Restaurant reserves the right to inspect and regulate all private parties, meetings and receptions.
John's is not responsible for personal property or equipment of any nature that is brought into the premises.
24 hours notice must be provided for cancellation or a charge may apply.
